WooHa Hop Pinata Chutney
Enjoy WooHa Chutney
A great way to enjoy Hop Pinata with your cheese.
1 medium onion
1tbsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ginger
160g brown sugar
60ml cider vinegar
175ml WooHa Hop Pinata
Now all you need to do is create!
1. Roughly dice the apples and onions
2. Add to a wide bottomed pan along with the other ingredients
3. Cook over a high heat until the mixture begins to bubble and your kitchen starts to smell of that old country pub you visited in the Highlands
4. Reduce the heat and let simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally
5. Sip the remaining WooHa Hop Pinata from the bottle while feeling proud of yourself for being so skilled in the kitchen
6. Eat with cheese and a WooHa beer to match
